The mission of the Frankfort Fire Protection District is to provide a range of programs designed to protect the lives and property of residents of the Fire District from adverse effects of fire, sudden medical emergencies, and exposures to dangerous conditions, created by either man or nature.

The Fire Prevention Bureau is dedicated to providing safety programs to area schools as well as the community. Staffed by an Assistant Chief/Fire Marshal, Inspection/Public Educator and three part time inspectors.
